Seasoned mechanical engineer, experienced in all aspects of plastics extrusion with a proven track record in machinery design and the consumer packaging industry. Consistently achieving new equipment performance on older film production lines, with minimal investment.

Designs for 5", 12", 16", 24" and 28" diameter, single layer dies with IBC.
12" diameter, two layer die with splitter block to feed both layers from either one or two extruders.
36", single layer, oscillating, IBC die package.
50" diameter, single layer die and air ring package, with distribution block to combine output from five extruders into a single feed.
Surface winder modification/upgrade, increasing maximum roll diameter by 12”.
Designed and manufactured custom, internal air rings (IBC), increasing film throughput by 15%.
Re-engineered extruder cooling systems for superior reliability.
Designed modular operator platforms to significantly improve safety and provide better die access.
Redesigned existing bubble cages to provide as new performance at 20% of the cost for replacement.
